Perforated plates for trays.
These products can be supplied in one or more sections, complete with fixing holes if necessary. They are normally produced to meet the clients’ drawings and specifications. They are used in numerous processes, mainly in the chemical and petrochemical industry. Depending on their specific use, they may require varying layouts of perforations and respect for even centesimal tolerance of diameters and pitch. These products may require the cylindrical part of the perforation to be not less than 50% of the thickness of the plate. This characteristic makes the punching process particularly difficult and it calls for the construction of special dies and equipment.
